Learn to gather, collect and unify your energy so that you may access your deeper, intuitive wisdom and relate to life with more ease, confidence and joy. Private Sessions are an opportunity to develop a balanced yoga practice tailored to your own individual needs. They provide a safe space for recognizing and unwinding the habitual patterns of body and mind that no longer serve you. Sessions may include yoga postures, breathing practices, meditation instructions, visualizations, and guided self-reflection, depending on your interests and needs. Each session is accompanied by a written practice that you can take home.
